The successful candidate will become a core member of Russell Play's contract team. You will have a proven track record in the construction or landscaping industry and you will be responsible for contract estimation, preparation of health & safety documentation, technical support and delivering contracts. You will liaise with our Contract Managers and design team and you will assist in developing an established network of key clients.
The role is office based with occasional field support.
Summary of duties:
Process sales orders up to agreed value, using company acceptance process.
Progress jobs from acceptance through to invoicing.
Prepare Health & Safety and assist in the preparation of contract documentation.
Prepare contract management reports.
Process invoices and purchase orders to assist contract managers.
Work closely with our contracting team to maintain work schedule and record information in customer database.
Write up minutes and distribute for team meetings.
Phone customers to book jobs in and inform them when ordered equipment has arrived.
Assist with the collection of supplier/specialist quotes where required.
Provide tender/bid support to sales team.
Previous experience and relevant qualification in construction contract administration is essential.
Full driving licence is required.
